On top of the fact that my life is running, I run 70 miles a week and my team won the Texas 5A state championship as well as placing second at Nike nationals, this film is spectacular...even if you had never been into xc or track it is a great movie and if you are a runner it is even better!!!

This is a bone-chilling film, it describes Prefontaine from his early childhood to his young adult life!!!! Filmed in 1998, it captures the heart and dreams of olympic runner Steve Prefontaine!!! I would recomend to all distance runners whether you are no good or THE BEST!! This movies gets you pumped to run no matter what the distance. So I would most definently recomend this movie to people that need more motivation to run, I would know, I am a distance running prodigy. Best movie ever!!!!!!!!!!!
