I absolutely love the “romantic chemistry” between Keanu Reeves & Sandra Bullocks! This movie is definitely for the hopeless romantics and I am one of those 🥰… The story captures their beautiful, breathtaking & captivating love for each other that they found and are willing to sacrifice to be and wait for each other through distance of time— “two years that separate them apart” ….. and they persevered through all the trials and tribulations that they faced just to be with each other …. Simply beautiful! I love this movie and has added it to my “All time favorite romantic movies !” Keanu Reeves is such a great actor and so is Sandra Bullocks!! They are two of my favorites !! There's no deining that Keanu Reeves is a good actor and despite himself being in other Hollywood stockmarket bad movie he is not an actor anymore he is a legend. I seen Keanu Reeves in other good movies and those good movies are his talent and his acting skills to be cool and be the hearthoub of Hollywood. But the Lake House suffers from originality but the story is interesting that is so bad it's good movies and has a bit of a cult following towards young adults and teenage fandom girls😫 The Lake House follows Katie Forester (Sandra Bullock) a inspired nurse who works triely in Chicago while living in a abandoned lake house. Also we get introduced to Alex (Keanu Reeves) a fraustrating contrusction worker deals with his sarrow with his single life as he sents letters to Katie and have a long-distance relationship even if there not seeing each other in person or never met actually. Now The Lake House is a diffcult movie to enjoy or be entertained because this movie is intentionally hailrious and if you like this movie then fine but The Lake House suffers from originality and tries to create a bond relationship towards Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock by sending letters to each other in terms of communication and undeniably bad performences from the two lead actors including Keanu Reeve who gives a mundane performence and the film's story is interesting and the only way to enjoy The Lake Hous is take sleeping pills if you don't then the entertaining value in this film towards the ongoing chimestry between Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock feel forced and poorly exectued to the point were they don't see each other or connect with each other at all so The Lake House has some good cinematopgrahpy choices that sometimes are distracting and some look like real shots going on. Either way you love the Lake House or not it's still a so bad it's good movie with untentionally hailrious momments and cliche diagloue that are geniune to the romance genre instead of making a romantic fairy tale this is currently a rip off of the Tom Hanks film You've Got Mail so i see were this inspiration came from into making this romantic film, Overall rating impressivly entertaining-6/10

Movies of all time. Snuggle up with your beautiful wife for valentines night and watch this movie. Relationships are always off no matter how great they seem on the outside. This movie is about patience with your girlfriend or wife.

So just get it.

I saw this awhile ago and re watched it at a friends house. It’s such an underrated movie and it’s so, so good. 👍👏

It has plot holes the size of asteroids that will confuse and distract you. Also they didn’t know each other and just fell in love. I don’t know about them, but arguing with someone about what day it is doesn’t make me fall in love.

The professional critics don't know what they're talking about. One even said that they don't know how it all ties in together, or something like that. I do. Why? Because I watched it. Great movie, buy it and you'll love it!!!!!
