I do not know why anyone can say that this is a terrible show. I started watching it about 4 months ago and I am hooked. I thought this was the first of this type and all the others followed. The only thing I did not like was the best have left the show. All in all it is a great series and with all the trash that we are being fed;rotten movies tv shows that are just nasty ( mostly comedy) this criminal minds is a breath of great writing and acting. The only one that is almost as good as CM is csi Miami thanks for 2great programs. JD Wellfort

I was so ecstatic to hear that Gary Sinise was coming back to CBS and starring in another tv show franchise again. He looks more distinguished with his salt and pepper hair. Sinise is an amazing actor and person.

About a month ago, I wrote a preliminary review of CM: BB and expressed the hope that they would separate from the parent show and stand on their own. Pipe dream…. In just a few episodes, although I’m (somewhat) a fan of the show, I probably will not renew for Season 2 if there is one. Why? The same reason I quit watching Criminal Minds: Too much depravity. The programs in CM have pushed further and further into super-extreme psychotic, twisted behavior of murder, mutilation, and mayhem. And after this week’s episode, it appears that CM:BB is headed down the same path. That might be someone’s cup of tea, but it’s not mine; and, unlike real life depravity, I can choose to not have it in my life. Too bad. The show has so much potential for good storytelling….

I just saw one show, Whispering Death. The way the Americans just took over for the dumb Japanese (who could barely string two thoughts together), usurped their authority and so on was inexcusable, boring and ridiculous.
  • Who is watching this?

A truly terrible show. After CM Suspect Behavior , which was already pretty bad, they decided to make an even worse spin off. There is just nothing right about this show.

... embrace the "outside is full of monsters" trope. That's what I find myself asking of this show. I really like Sinease from CSI NY, and that predisposes me to interest in this. I'm just worried that it will do for international travel what CSI Cyber does for technology; act as if stepping foot outside the borders of the US will inevitably make you monster-bait. I also hope the series will avoid the "all foreign authorities are ludicrously corrupt" trope. There are plenty of places where that's true, but just as many that don't deserve to be maligned that way. Come on writers; keep it clean.
