Episode Q-Pay is broken, no one will fix it

This show is great, but episode 4, "Q-Pay," is missing voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and the Impractical Insider. I've contacted Apple about this, and they claim that this is how the episode is supposed to be. I tweeted the IJs and the official IJ account, and none of them are interested in fixing this. Avoid spending money on this since no one cares about it.
