Wolf Creek, Season 2

Every episode so far (watched until #6) has very tense and hard to stomach/watch moments. But they’re always immediately neutralized by the immense stupidity of the hunted. In every episode they have ample opportunity to either kill Mick and be done with him, to hide better or simply outsmart him. That’s what makes this season way more frustrating to watch than season 1. I find myself continuously rolling my eyes and growl at the characters for the dumb script. It’s a shame because apart from the obnoxious german couple, all characters are extremely well developed and dialogues are great! But what’s up with the Aborigines singing to give Mick some kind of supernatural twitch? I just don’t get this season. The show intro with the Down Under song is awesome though.
