I bought all ten seasons of Friends and iTunes replaced the version I purchased with this new version that is exactly the same, except I no longer have access to the old version. They refused to refund me for the old version and refused to give me access to the new version. I have lost $200 from buying this content from iTunes. I honestly didn’t even know it was legal to sell a broken item and then refuse to fix it or refund it. At least I learned something from this. You’ve lost yourself a loyal customer, Apple.

I love Friends and have seen every episode multiple times. Why would you sell the edited versions that were made for syndication? There are many small lines left out of every episode.

Love the show and downloaded the sd of season 4 episode 1. Later I completed my season. Also sd. Now in my videos it shows up as two different shows. When I view complete my season it takes me to iTunes and says I purchased the entire sd season. How do I get episode 1 to show up with the rest???

Friends has always been my Favorite Tv Show! Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman, and David Crane have made a great show. Chandler has always been my favorite character. The One With the Embryos has always been my favorite eppisode. I think that the Trivia competition is really funny. This competition also teaches us, the watcher, more about all of the Characters.
