    I exercised with Gilda at home for two years while on home school. The total body workout was challenging and motivated me. I'm happy to see iTunes make this available so I can still work out with Gilad years later.

    I started working out with Gilad when I would see his fitness show on TV back in high school. His routines got me into shape then and 11 years later. I wish there were more Gilad videos on iTunes.

    I started working out with Gilad, Ada, & Ora janklowicz back in the 1980's and I recently wanted to get back in good shape with a good program. The only program I know that works for me is Gilad's. He is like your own personal trainer! I have taken his video's out from our local library. My all time favorite is his low impact workouts (30/60 minutes.) There's a video from 1987 that has both his sister Ada in the 60 minute episode, & his Mom Ora in the 30 minute episode. I wish I could buy that video, but it's no longer available according to Gilad's web site. I wish he would put them back into supply again, or perhaps put them here on itunes to download/buy.

    I have been working out to GIlad's shows for years! These are the best workouts! You burn calories and get toned. The moves are simple and he breaks it down for you. Also these moves are "safe". You won't regret it. Love, love, love!! Please bring more to iTunes!!! Love Gilad!!

    These days, It's very hard to find a good quality workout . It's almost impossible to find good quality workouts for reasonable prices. Gilad's Total Body Sculpt is one of the few of such. Gilad combines high intensity and easy to follow exercises which allow people of different fitness levels to achieve their goals. His attitude and enthusiasm make his workouts fun so even pre-teens and teenagers don't get bored doing them.

    Growing up my dad had all of Gilads workouts on VHS and I used to do them after school! I found his old video the other day and was curious to see if he was on here... and yeah! I just did my first workout from him in years and I've missed it! Maybe because he reminds me of my dad or because Im so sore the next day. Either way, I can't rate him high enough! P.S. I love the honesty in his review of the sun and wind in their eyes! I hope he comes out with a supplement line too! Cheers!

    I got sick of paying my cable bill just to get Gilad. I ditched the cable and downloaded his episodes through itunes and have never been happier! I am 32 and a mother of 2. I started working out with Gilad in January 4 days a week in addition to running 3 (1-2 miles a day, beginning runner). I completed my first 5k in April with a time of 34:12. I have lost 30 lbs, have gone from a size 16 to an 8 and could never have done it without Gilad's Total Body Sculpt and Bodies in Motion!!! I have muscle in areas I didn't know I could have muscle in, I am toned, have TONS of energy, have inspired others and feel sexier than ever!! Thank you SOOOOO much Gilad!! I tell everyone about you!

    Forget all the newest gimmicks and fads, Gilad is the best workout program you will find. He has been doing a TV show and videos longer than anyone. He sticks to the basics, nothing too fancy, that anyone can do, male or female. He is very encouraging and motivates you to do your best. Start with the Total Body Parts 1 & 2 and that is all you really need to get started.

    Great exercise, good motivation, beautiful Hawaii- TBS started me on my fitness journey- what a thrill to see them on iTunes- do wish it was the hour-long eps, though.

    Gilad has be exercising on the beach back in the 90's and he's still at. Great motivation not to mention the hot Betty's. Great to get your heart going before or after the workday.
