    It's difficult to fit standard yoga classes into a busy life with multi sport training. These sessions are short enough to fit into most mornings or evenings. They won't make you a yoga master, but over time they are a great help in restoring or maintaining flexibility, balance and a sense of suppleness.

    These 20-30 min sessions are amazing! I have them on my iPad and can do them anywhere I want--when I travel or in any room in the house. They are titled clearly so I can pick what to do based on problem areas in my body or my energy level that day. I hope to see more of these "TV seasons" become available.
