Completely distracted by the ringing

The content itself is probably good, but I was completely distracted by the awful, high pitched ringing that accompanies the narrator's voice every time he speaks. Note that the "Do not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery" disclaimer at the beginning of the track does not have the ringing, and must've been recorded separately as it is used in other recordings of his. At about 13 seconds, you can hear the high pitched sound by itself (no voice or music); in the next 30 seconds or so you can very clearly hear some feedback or ringing (not sure what the technical term is) that correlates exactly with his voice. It continues throughout the whole recording, and is punctuated/amplified every time he speaks. It is also audible during the music, but isn't as noticeable because the tone is constant, and not fluctuating with his voice as it does when he is speaking. I couldn't even get halfway through because I was so distracted by the unpleasant ringing.
