I just heard Cam sing on Amercian Idol. I had never heard of her before. But Wow. She sang "Diane" with Effie (who unfortunately was eliminated from the competition - but it could not have been for this performance). So I purchased her album Untamed. And Wow.
She deserves more credit!

"Diane" is a great song. It's like a updated reverse "Jolene." I love the fast strumming of the guitar and the wonderful harmonies. Cam's voice is very strong. I saw a video of her singing "Diane" live accompanied by just a guitarist and without the harmonies, and the song still held up well. Her vocals were great. There's such an energy about this song set against the serious heartbreak of the lyrics. It's great. It's what a modern country song should be. New classic as far as I'm concerned.
