DX 2000 theme is awesome.. Triple H's rare Corporate theme, Dean Malenko's theme, Essa Rios theme, and Kevin Nash theme.. are good but too many remakes/alternate themes on this one.. Also only 12 tracks? Uncaged 3 had 16 tracks and only like 4 remakes... 4 is still way to much but it's better than this..
  • Thank you very much Jim Johnson

I really wish uncaged V comes out but I’m afraid there won’t be a 5 because WWE released him:(

Thank you WWE for putting these albums out. As a lifelong WWE fan, I've always bought the music that has been released throughout the years, as it is basically a soundtrack to my life. With that being said, here are some suggestions for upcoming tracks. Early federation years themes, i.e.. Demolitions 2nd theme. Also, how about some old WCW themes that have been included in the 2K games? Sting's turbo charged, Vader's afro rock? Thank you again, and cannot wait for upcoming releases.

It’s about time WWE music group listen to us Jim Johnston fans and continue to use the online platforms to release music from the past. We have yet another solid track list of unreleased music. Personal favorites are dx 2nd and lex lugar. Please continue to listen to us and keep releasing tracks. Only negative comment would be the remake of Austin’s ringmaster theme. I understand if they don’t own the rights to the original, but please only use the original arena themes if wwe does own the rights. Please d-lo/mark Henry danger at the door for uncaged 5
  • A few I bought, audio is ok, could be better.

I bought 3 songs off this, Nash, Ringmaster and the one I had been wanting most from this list was Luger's cool later theme he started using around WM 10. Luger's music sounds ok, but could have been remastered. Song is only from 1994 so should have been on digital format by the time it was produced. Other songs from earlier that they've released recently like Texas Tornado sounded great! Why is Luger's so poor? Really need more of these to come out, I really want more golden era and new gen period. Including Allied Powers, Ahmed Johnson, Shawn Michaels (real version), Ultimate Warrior (full and uncut and remastered like the version played at WM 12), Hart Foundation, Owen Hart's main heel theme, British Bulldog's early 90's, Adam Bomb, Double J, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and others I'm sure I'm missing, but those are some I'm thinking of right now. Hope we get more and they can improve the audio quality.
  • Great stuff.

Loving this series so far. I'd like to see the other version or Pierced with the guitar solo added and the real Corporate Ministry version. How about the other heel versions of Stone Cold prior to the Venom songs, I think they are called Rattlesnake? The instrumental version of The Game from the Anthology album, Undertaker's Lord of Darkness (Ministry V1) theme from WrestleMania XV. Los Guerreors is another theme to add soon to this series. Stephanie McMahon had a solo piano version of All Grown Up it would be cool to hear finally and to finish off the Radicalz you could add Perry Saturn's theme. The last theme it would be cool to hear if allowed would be Taka's Yamato Suite. Hopefully this series goes all the way to 10! Keep up the good work and two last requests although you'd have to get Jimmy Hart's permission for is Hart Beat the Hart Foundation's theme and the real Sexy Boy.
  • Another great release

It's sad that what is likely going to be the last of the Uncaged series is also the weakest. The reason I say "likely going to be the last" is that Jim Johnston is now no longer with WWE and he was the one who was responsible for these fantastic collections of rare theme songs. As for the songs themselves, it varies but this one is nowhere near as solid as the previous 3 which all had plenty of the fantastic unreleased themes to salivate over. This one...? Well... there's the 2000 heel mix of DX's that was used during the McMahon-Helmsley era, there's Brock's very first theme, there's Dean Malenko's once called "Double Ho-7" which he used toward the end of the Radicalz run, and rest... well it's up to you to decide which themes you think are quality or which ones are lacking. I'm still disappointed that Val Venis' 2000 mix of "Hello Ladies", Mr. Kennedy's 4th version of "Turn Up the Trouble" (his last heel theme), or the arena version of the Corporate Ministry theme did not appear on any of these 4 installments. Alas... it was a good run of classic unreleased themes while it lasted. Maybe we can that WWE will continue to periodically release these collections instead of them letting them end.
  • Great but uneven release

I’m very grateful the Uncaged Series continues but the sound quality and mastering of some of tracks is questionable. It’s not a total loss as DX 2000 finally sees the light of day as well as the others. Uncaged III was by far the best release in terms of track selection and sound quality. Iceman is the worst sounding theme quality-wise. Ringmaster is unfortunately a remake. We always prefer the arena mixes (final mixes) as used on WWE programming. I’m not quite sure why WWE Music chooses to release remakes, early versions, or alternate takes. Droz’s Theme wasn’t his one last used (missing the lead guitar and ending). On Uncaged III, Owen’s Nation and Eddie’s Crackin’ were alternate (unused) versions and Martel’s was a remake. Here’s hoping on Uncaged V we don’t get the alternates, remakes or early versions of themes. My wishlist: Union v2 Rock’s Nation Theme (1998) Undertaker’s Fully Loaded 1998 Theme Owen Hart’s Enough is Enough (Nation) Arena Version The Ringmaster’s Circle of Doom (Original Version) Steve Austin’s Hell Frozen Over v2 (appeared on WWF Attitude on PSX). The Patriot’s 2nd Theme Mankind’s 1998 remix theme (arena version, NOT the remake used in the video game). Jeff Jarrett’s “Mystery/NWA Pride” Theme Headbangers’ Bangin’ v2 Allied Powers’ Theme Hunter Hearst Helmsley’s 2nd Theme (the one used after “Blue Blood” and before DX) D-Generation X instrumental Corporate Ministry v2 (w/ Shane McMahon vocals) Spirit Squad v2 The Nation’s “Better Know Ya Role” theme Update: Per the user requesting Hardy Boyz: the title is “Loaded” and is NOT a Jim Johnston composed track. It can be found and purchased from Production Music sites. It could be argued that Jim did make an edited version of it before the Hardys left WWE but the version they use now is the unedited one (longer intro). The edited version isn’t likely going to be released ever as WWE would need to buy the track outright for reselling which would cost quite a bit. The “Uncaged” series is about getting Jim Johnston composed tracks released, not about Production Themes getting released. Regarding the Corre’s themes, those would be better if released as an EP album, not an Uncaged one. Otherwise it would be 4 or so of the same song performed by different artists and a waste of an “Uncaged” album. Release ALL of the Corre’s various themes on an EP, please. HBK’s Current Theme (Arena Mix — as heard on TV) was released on WWF’s In Your House game for PC. The disc features CD Audio tracks for the wrestlers’ themes, one of which is HBK’s. Update 2: The Iceman and Masterpiece quality issues have been addressed and sound 1000x better. Thank you WWE Music for taking the time and addressing the bad mastering. We greatly appreciate that. Please make Uncaged V a multi-disc box set. And please use COMPLETE themes. No shortened tracks. Rather have complete tracks vs number of tracks per disc.
