Underrated, but not her greatest work

This is by no means a "bad" album. There are actually a well-deserved handful of tracks that are what I consider to be some of her best tracks in her career. However, looking at this album as a whole, this is by no means her best work. In my honest opinion, this album doesn't flow the greatest, which is why I believe the reviews on it are substantially lower than her older, and more previous workings. The songs themsevles aren't necessarily tiresome to listen to, but they do pass off as tracks that I wouldn't want to listen to more than a couple times. Overall, I do think that the reviews you see regarding one or two-star ratings should be taken lightly from what I have viewed. Give this album a listen to, I believe that a few tracks will stand out on this one.
