  • Thank you Gungor!

You guys were an important catalyst in my personal spiritual journey. I was introduced to you in private school as a young teenager. I was amazed and in love with your sound, and you put into words what I had always been longing to sing. And then somewhere on down the line your music evolved outside of the traditional Christian boundaries. And me, being raised in a traditional household with very strict - and even abusive - parents, fell out of interest so as to not get into trouble. Today I learned that you are moving on from this project! And after 3 years of being out of touch with your music this was a bit of a shocker. I would like to say that your forward-thinking is what helped ME break free, even while I was in that strict home. It may not be the words you expect to hear, but you helped point me into the path of the Omnist. I still fondly think of my old path, but wholeheartedly accept that I have grown out of it. And these songs, though you are leaving the label Gungor behind, continue to be a healing tune to my heart. Thank you

As Gungor makes the choice move forward on their path, I am so thankful for this last, brilliant gift. It is lovely to see most of the original “One Wild Life” songs re-released and a joy to discover the older demos for the first time. These songs are touching, thought-provoking and full of doubt and wonder both.

Thanks for all of the amazing music over the years. Thanks for also making these "Archive" songs available. This is music that was on the original One Wild Life as well as other demos and recordings that didn't make albums. Looking forward to the next project!

I was in a horrible place in my life when I first heard the song Beautiful Things at my confirmation retreat. Upon buying Beautiful Things and Ghosts Upon the Earth I went on this complete spiritual reinvigoration. Gungor truly gave me a rope of life in the pits of my deepest despairs. While its unfortunate their later music and politics drew me away (ironically they now remind me of the obnoxious Christians they rebelled against, but on the new wave liberal side), I will always be grateful for those first two albums. Ghosts Upon the Earth still remains as one of my favorite albums from youth. I'm not sure if this is a retrpospective collection of B-sides or just from the One Wild Life sessions. In either case, disappointed I Am Just a Man, and The Way Things Go are missing

Just another artist showcasing a political move against Trump and Republicans. Something else that can’t be about the music but politics. What a waste
