I had the privilege of talking backstage with Adeem a few days ago. He is quite a character. He had some bad experiences with organized religion. Those experiences have left him quite bitter. I can relate! Having said that, he is a very talented singer, and guitarist. He is also very brave.

As trad country as you can get, even in subject matter if you are actually listening. Adeem really knows their way around a great melody and hook. Smart and thoughtful.

I would have probably given this dude a chance, but everything I read starts out by saying he’s a different perspective than the traditional straight white guy. If identity politics is how how he needs to sell his his music, then I’m only left to assume this guy is only as deep as a half drank glass of water.
