We just saw Andrea González Caballero in Charlotte, NC. She had an amazing performance.

I have been following this guitar player for a long time. I have her debut album on Naxos. I didn't by her recent album with a flute player because I 'm not into it, but this one is a winner. Her interpretations of the workhorses is excellent, and the new pieces are tuneful, not like the 12 tone crap that many composers are into these days.

Andrea is quickly moving up the ranks as one of the best Classical guitarists in the world. She is second to none in her precision, tone, tempo, and controlled passion for the guitar. My only complaint is that she doesn’t record albums fast enough. Brava Andrea!
