He is a very talented musician and his way of songwriting and conveying his faith so honestly is beautiful to notice in this album Firstfruit. I agree with others and him mentioning to listen to it from the beginning to the end. God bless Mark and NCT always

The Firstfruit is one of those albums you can tell was made with intention. Mark really opened up here, and it shows in the way he talks about faith, growth, and figuring himself out. It doesn’t feel forced or overly deep—just real and honest. Songs like “Journey Mercies,” “Loser,” “Watching TV,” and “1999” hit in different ways, but all of them made me stop and actually listen. The lyrics feel personal, and the sound matches that perfectly. It’s not just catchy—it’s meaningful. For a debut, this album feels like something only Mark could’ve made. You can tell he put his whole heart into it.
