Songs reek of over-produced corporate twaddle specfic to U2, similar to, say, a residency spectacle in, you guessed it, Las Vegas. Bono is almost always insufferable and the unfolding decades have made him increasingly so with his neo-Catholic Bill Gates-approved globalist preening. These songs are those wrung for every last drop.
