This is the most accessible album for me from Brandi. Joni has definitely rubbed off on her songwriting without copying her stayle. So many beautiful songs. Woman Oversees is an instant classic that time will come to appreciate as more people start to discover it. I hope she produces more compolex songs with stories to surprise those that only think her of one way.

Once again, we hear Brandi’s voice another way, softer mostly in this album. True fans know her abilities!!! The acoustics in this album don’t disappoint. Another win for team Bramily!

This album is great. All the songs are good, most are excellent. The cd is curated in an exquisite manner, starting with an introspective “Returning to myself “, crescendo until the middle rocks and stomps with “Church and State” , and then a slow slope to close the circle with “The long good bye”. You won’t regret listening to it. Just make sure you’re in a good place to cry with “The long good bye”.

This album is off the charts great! All the songs are amazing and I’m not sure I could pick a favorite. Brandi and band have outdone themselves again! ❤️ Might be best CD ever!

As a longtime lover of her music, she’s the only artist where her new stuff keeps getting better and more complex. Buy this album! This is a Grammy winner. She’s transformational on this one. I can’t stop listening.

This album is a rich compilation of poems, each one an experience, a moment. Each song makes us live through the emotions that moment generated, many of them filled with universal truths. The album will not leave your body for a long time afterwards. Already historic.
