Only just discovered this album and I am blown away. I'm a huge Daft Punk fan but was profoundly dissappointed by their second album. Cedric Gervais has restored my faith in the pioneering French electro-synth house sound. His songs are engrossing and sublimely addictive; the vocals add a strange melancholy that give the supremely engineered basslines an almost spiritual vibe.
The homage to Daft Punk is totally intentional on "Respect" as he tips his cap, first and foremost, to the Godfathers of his genre. "Halfway Love", "Fire" and "Spirit In My Life" are standouts amongst the outstanding.

I never heared of Cedric Gervais until I heared " Spirit In My Life " and once I did I was hooked on this CD. I hardly write reviews unless it is absolutly required and this CD gets my full attention! Many songs sprinkled through this album are a must have. Although " Spirit In My Life " caught my attention such songs as " Experiment " has a nice beat and " Pills " really seems to repeat over in my head. Other tracks are " Respect " and " Electro Therapy ".

When is iTunes going to step up and offer higher resolution audio? 128 kbps sounds like crap. I just bought this album from iTunes and I'm going to erase it because I can't stand listening to the hollow sound of 128kbps.
Cedric is not the entertainer.

my favorite dance album in like...2 or 3 years at least. great job dude! pills, halfway love, touch are my favorites. does anyone else think pills would be a great beverly hills cop theme if the voices came out and slowed down a bit?

Hmm...it's 5:30 am Saturday morning on a university campus.
The fire alarm was just pulled...what a good CD to play to get people back in the party mood.
Also, I don't want your Halfway Love. What a good song.
