  • Great.. but...

Okay I've been listening to this album since it's release and it's a fantastic album. I only wanted to point out though (I'm not sure if it's been pointed out or not) that this version of the album has some differences. Oggi in this version is a lot different compared to the version that I have that came with the actual album. That's not really big deal though. It's Eiffel 65's last and best album, it's worth the money.

I remember when my friend/bro used to listen to ALL this euro techno stuff back in like 5th-7th grade. Ah, those were the times, Im fixin' to head out and get me some money to get this album!

I've been looking for the Eiffel 65 (Special Edition) album for five years. Only once did I ever find it and I missed my chance because I was low on cash. This is worth every penny and much more. And don't forget its other half, the English Album.
  • Great, to a certain degree

Now I will agree with many of you that it is a fantastic album and these guys certainly have done a great job. But this type of music can really only be enjoyed by those who can sit down and listen to the fast paced and techno sounding music. Now, I am upset that many out there will listen to ten seconds of this music and then rate it either bad or good without actually looking back into what the nads roots were. I must say that this is one of their better groups of sings, in my opinion, but any potential buyers must know that foreign language music does not adhere to the same kind of cultural background as does our music. So rock over here may have a different interpretation over there, and vicer versa. But I am giving this album four stars because I do like a lot of the music but some of them were just a bit of a let down. But if anny of you are loooking to start an Eiffel 65 collection, before you go out and buy their newest album or all the songs, check out Blue, any version will do (yes, that is a rhyme), it is a great song to start with and if you like that then I am quite sure that you will like all of their other songs as well. I hope that this review has been beneficial to you and that you will ennjoy Eiffel 65 as much as I do. In addition to my previous comments, I would like to add some other comment as well. Pertaining to certain tracks such as Tu Credi (The complete opera) and Viaggia insieme a me (album mix) I would have to say that these two tracks are two of my top favorites but as with all music, it is never perfect. The firsrt, Tu Credi, has good tones and background music but there are times when words and phrases are repeated, which a lot of people can find irritating, but for me, it depends, does the repetition actually have any significance and in Tu Credi, to me, it doese, so I would give this song a five out of five. Thee latter song I mentioned, Viaggia insieme a me, I find the opening wuite good as well as most of the song but some parts I don't like, I see it as a little too much music and not enough vocals but still one of my top picks and I would give this song a 4.5 out of 5. Now, I really hate to do this to a band as good as Eiffel 65 but I have a big problem with one of their songs, which is 80's Stars (Album mix), I have to say that the way the song was written is jjust really bad, to me, anyway, not to everyone else out there. The vocals are just not whhat I wanted them to be, the background music and tones were not what I expected, and the mix of all hte opening parts just threw me away from the song. All in all I am going to have to say that I give this sone a 1 out of 5, it is a different kind of writing, I give them that, but I just did not like it. I know all of you hardcore Eiffel 65 fans out there are going to disagree with me and say that all of this was unnecessary and rude, but what I have wrote here is only my opinion and if you have a problem with it I understand but don't feel like you need to take into your hands the responsibility to defend this album, because it is one of my favorite albums of all time, but some of it, as I said before, is not what I was really expecting to some from them.

Wow I have their EuroPop album and I just bought this one and I have to say they sound better in Italian. It is nice for them to sing in their native language.
  • Love the album, love the band

Even though it's a bit hard to understand what they're saying, (the vocoders make it hard to pick out) this is still a great album. My favorites are Cosa Restera, Sopra Palco Per Tutto Il Mondo, and Voglia Di Dance All Night. I like this alot better than their English Albun, it's just alot better when Jeffrey Jey (Gianfranco Randone) sings in his native language. I feel for whoever knows only "Blue (da ba dee)" because if you dig deeper they're amazing. Plain amazing. Like Bloom06 says.

  • The moral of these songs... and the truth of our world

As I listened the English version of this album, most of these songs has direct meanings to our everyday life, and just make all of us, as humans, to preached out our emotions and beliefs. The problem with ourselves is that we always been "poisoned" by the corruptness of our society of greed, hatred, and uncontrolable cravings for desires in life; also involves hurting innocent peoples' lives!
