This was a great attempt, but it just didn't work. The Spirit did shine through these songs. There's no choir, instead just back up singers who, frankly, can't really sing that well. Track One,"Pastor Jim's Intro", gives a hint as to why that might be. These gospel standards are lifeless. No Pentecostal fire in them. I like BeBe, just not this album. Save your money.

shouting time, for real churching

BeBe Winans is my favorite male singer in Gospel music. I love the song "I've Got a Feeling" (Every thing's going to be all right.) My boss is Jewish and he danced to it with joy. This whole album will move you, wake you up spiritually, and get your blood going. You could listen to a lot of gospel singers and think they are great, but if you put them side by side next to BeBe Winans and the incredibly talented back up singers and musicians, you will have no doubt that BeBe is the creme de la creme. You know you are listening to the best. God has blessed this man with an extrxtraordinary gift and we are blessed by him (BeBe) sharing it with us. Halleluljah!!! Amen.

This album is great. I watched the special they had on BET of this album and it was awesome. I have been waiting for BeBe to do an album for years. I just love the Winans family. All their music is inspiring and speaks right to the heart.

Bebe Winans is soo beyond reviews. He is fantastic.

Listening to this ablum reminded me of the times when we would sing until we believed and delivered. For those that need to feel the power of praise this album is a must.
