Joshua Radin continues to write amazing songs, and this album showcases the natural pease and beauty of his voice, not to mention--it also features a duet with Ingrid Michaelson. Overall, when compared to a rhinosaurus, this album takes the cake.

I wish so much I could return this song back to the itunes abyss. I would have really liked it except for the telephone answering machine tidbits. Ending a song like this with the word, "Diarrhea" was so totally wrong. Unfortunately 30seconds is not enough time to hear the awful message machine part and I am stuck with the song in my library.

The five stars are for the last track, the demo of You Got Growin' Up To Do. "Lovely Tonight" and "The Fear You Won't Fall" are both great, (and I'm underwhelmed by Sky) but the last track is one of my favorite Josh Radin songs and to find the demo version (because for some reason I was unaware that it existed on iTunes) is a nice treat.

These may be some of the best four songs you'll ever buy.
Sky (feat. Ingrid Michaelson) I like this version alot, I especially like Ingrid Michaelsons featured part, but I felt their voices didnt mesh as well as they do on the Simple Times version, but absolutely worth buying for her solo
Lovely Tonight This might actually be my favorite song here. It reminds me of the perfect slow dance song, and always makes me kind of dreamy.
The Fear You Won't Fall I really like the kind of waltzy time to it and the almost whispered vocals, its a very nice and almost kind of bouncy, but subdued if that makes any sense.
You Got Growin Up To Do (Demo Version) This was actually my least favorite song on Simple Times, but I love the version here, his voice is so clear and strong and it feels like hes sitting in the room singing to you. It also seems a little quieter and softer, which I like
All in All, totally worth the money!

Joshua Radin's music is steeped in thought, the lyrics are fantastic. Ingrid Michaelson's contribution to the album is great as well, their voices blend beautifully. If you're in the mood to sit back and listen, try this one out.

The Fear You Won't Fall is simply one of the best songs of it's genre. Gorgeous in both melody and lyrics. It is one of those stand out tracks that deserves a great deal more attention than it's gotten. I highly recommend it.
