Some people are confusing the terms. A new master is exactly that, a newer version of the same song. A remaster is a cleaned up and usually re-equalized (but not altered) of the original. This is not the original and if that's what you are seeking, it IS here on iTunes. Prince did the same thing and noone got all upset.

I am so glad that Jocelyn's music is back. She is a terrific singer. Check her out on Youtube as well. I do not care if this is a new master or remaster or what, I can still jam to this song. I hope to here more from her in the future. Somebody Else's Guy is a classic.

People, there's nothing like the original and there never will be. Save the $0.99 and hunt it down elsewhere. I promise you, this will let you down. If you love the song, you've memorized every single note of every single run that she does and I'm here to tell ya - this is NOT it. I'm going back home and digging through my Dad's albums.

It's been a while since I've heard this song, but it sounds perfect to me. Maybe because it's remastered, it sounds "different." I'm still jammin' with this song!
