I was at this show and of the 45+ shows I've been too it ranks top 5. Mikey still shining, strong setlist, and that oldschool raw energy. Glad to see this one pulled out the archive.
First Vault release is fans delight.

This is a must have for any true Panic fan. I've been to alot of shows and this one really sticks out. From the LGDTB opener to JB mentioning Memphis in Rock all the way through Climb to Safety. You can hear through the music how much fun the boys were having that night in the middle of no where. You will be hard pressed to find a better live version of most of these tunes.

The Panic Archives are finally open and they've picked a doozy to kick things off. This release captures the band in fine form on a great night. John Keane's mix brilliantly lets each member's playing shine through (no need to yell "Turn up JB!), and while they all sound great, it is Michael Houser's understated genius that really stands out. His signature tone and style deftly dance and bounce around the solid bed laid down by his bandmates. HIs solos soar without cutting through everyone else and his distinctive rhythmic approach make me remember what I've been missing so much since his passing.
I can't wait to see what they put out next and hope it will feature 'Driving Song".
