Reviews

  • Just average for Beatnuts

This isn't their best album and there is a reason a lot of this was unreleased. "Take It or Squeeze It", "Milk Me" and "Musical Massacre" are their best albums and are solid from beginning to end. This is still an alright album though. Better than 50 Cent or any of that garbage.
  • Great but dissappointed on itunes not beatnuts

Nuts do it again! Been needing to hear something from Ju and Les, and they blessed us from the vaults. I mean they brought Fluid back out, that song is the truth! 2 of the best in the game, living legends. Cop this!

Listen to all of these tracks before you buy!!! A lot of these exist on other Beatnuts albums, but with different names. A lot of them are not "unreleased". The album title is deceiving.
  • They need to retire

I used to be a fan. 10-15 years ago. Today their lyrics and beats are boring and irrelevant. The best song on this lazy album is re-using the beat for "Escaping This". And old song. How do defend that? Also: "I got a horse named Ed / a house with a maid that gives me head / i feel Special like Ed / I Got It Made".... no jokes, this is a lyric quote. From 2008. Fresh like Audi 5000. Zzzzzz..........

I have been a fan of the Beatnuts since 1990 and met them in the Bronx and personally know JUJU. They are one of the best producers/Rappers on the earth period, if you travel to England, they are Gods there! They have produced so many albums that I lost track, from Pete Nice, to the Constipated Monkey, to even Big Pun’s Ground Breaking first album and that is not including their efforts on the Violator album. When you mention great artist, the Beatnuts should be in the top ten. I guess eyepatchkid is to stuck on listening to Soulja Boy that he has no clue what good hip hop is unless it hit him in the face… Learn about the music you listen to my friend and show it the proper respect it deserves. This album is not a new album, it is a mix of Rare tracks and throw outs that were never used and first take mix's. It is still a great album for those die hard beatnut fans.
  • Still love em
