I have to say that, in an age of bling, it is good to see a rare light of authentic, unapologetic, underground and ultra-raw realism. I am biased. I've been a Face fan since "The World Is Yours". But, he carries alot more weight in a genre that has lost all since of substance, honesty, and intelligence. I would hate to see 'Face go but he's had a good run.

First... let me start by saying I don't know how anyone can get on here and write a reveiw and make it about Lil' Wayne's 30 sec rhyme on Forget About Me. Don't get me wrong Lil' Wayne is good, but he has a long way to go before he is a legend like Face. Anyway... Back to the album. Plain and simple it's Scarface at his best once again. Is this is best album??? Probably not, but this album will not leave true Face fans disappointed. He has some great collaborations with Lil' Wayne, Bun B, Bilal (surprising yet refreshing), Z-Ro, and the newfound Shateish, and more. Scarface's lyrics are still fresh and relevant. I can appreciate the fact that his lyrics grow as he gets older and his situation changes. Note to rappers... you can't rap about bangin' all the time when you haven't done so in 20 years, you live in a gated community, and your kids are in expensive private schools. C'mon... it's okay to reflect on the passed, but don't try to play folks like you still do that ish. And if you are you are dumb... grow up. Anyways... Absolutely no song on this album is pop corny like the ish you hear on the radio. Face is raw and consistent on each song. Best songs (in my opinion): High Powered, Forgot About Me, High Note (kinda reminds u of F*ck Faces), and he absolutely kills it on Emeritus. Best line on the whole album is the very last line, "B*tch you grew up on me..." So true Face! So true! Buy the album. You won't be disappointed!

This is a sure classic to retire on & show why Scarface is Hip Hop royalty & will surely be missed. click yes if u agree.
