Average music from "NY"

I'm used to hearing music from local "NY" artists, and it seems as though it all sounds the same. The feeling and vibe you get from this album is monotonous. Although there are a couple of catchy songs, they are not memorable. I do give credit for the effort the local artists make to stand out, I'm just not sold. This is just one of the reasons why the NY club/music scene is dying.
