"What Sweeter Music" by Michael Fink..... doesn't get much better this...... supremely georgous. There are more classically trained guitarists in the world now more than ever.. find one and gift yourself and your choir of this absolutely beautiful; not so well down arrangement. I'll be bold here and claim that not a finer recording of the piece is readily available to the public.

I had long thought Robert Shaw and Roger Wagner had the corner on Christmas music, with some room for Chanticleer. This rendering by VocalEssence easily meets their standard of top notch musicianship, excellent arrangements, and that something more - call it reverence, or interpretation, or simply the joy of singing these carols that penetrates to the listener's heart. This is an album to be listened to over and over again, each time finding a new favorite.
