I've been a fan of everything Taylor's released since that huge voice hit the radio in 1987 with "Tell It To My Heart" through the "Satisfied" album in 2008. But her most recent two singles, "Facing a Miracle" and "Floor on Fire," have been pretty disappointing. "Miracle" was just poorly written and arranged, and the vocal on "Floor" does not even sound like Taylor. Here's hoping for a return to form on the next single.

Taylor's voice isn't used to her full powerhouse abilities but the way she holds her notes & exemplifies vocal power is lovely. The song has a great chorus & is very dance pop. I truly hope it's a hit as Taylor is so talented & the song is great.

So Taylor has turned one out to hopefully pull her back into maint stream. Yes, it's dance, but it has a catchy and slick produced sound that can classify it as Pop and not just dance. Her vocals are even somewhat "enhanced" through an auto tune, wha? Yes, she has went commercial to compete with today's market. I don't mind, as long as she still gives us some songs where she really showcases her abilities. That being said, I really hope this at least becomes a strong summer dance hit for her. Taylor is so very unappreciated for her talent and it's just not right that she has been away from the true spotlight of the music world.
