This is a great little EP! These guys have classic souls. Their sound is amazing. They may sound like the great rock acts of the 70's, but the best part is, they sound as good if not better than any of those bands that they sound like! The old is new again. They clearly don't copy material at all either. They pay homage to the past greats, but extend that canon of music as well. The swampier and grittier the song the better. And to echo another reviewer, I can't believe they're from Canada. It's sad that we have to reach such a long way nowadays for good new music. Keep it up guys!!

I really liked this EP. The band undeniably has a really cool 70s vibe but at the same time still sound fresh.

A fantastic new band. Not the most original sound, but a great return to a classic rock sound by some talented musicians.

I saw this band on Project Runway, as winners of Rolling Stone's contest to put an unsigned band on their cover. This didn't immediately predispose me to like their music but I was surprised by how much I did like the songs they played on the show which led me to buying this EP. Reminiscent of the 70's and has a definite Allman Brothers' vibe but it's also cerebral and contemporary feeling (it shouldn't matter but I'll throw in the band members were really kind and good sports about the whole Runway experience too.) I am interested in seeing a full album but in the meantime, I liked every song on here. I tried another reviewer's suggestion to listen to Blackberry Smoke instead so I followed that link and listened. If you like songs about drinking and being a redneck, you'll like Blackberry Smoke. If that's not your thing (it's definitely not mine), give the Sheepdogs a try.

Was lucky enough to read the Rolling Stone feature and also see them on Project Runway. Tight sounding band with a great vibe and awesome sound!

Unoriginal bar room band sound is weak. Vocals lack any real chops. Save your money and find a real band to spend it on.... This is what you get when you mess with the 06010 FF. ECD
