This is the first review I've ever done on iTunes. I felt compelled to do so after listening to this band live and this album. After seeing them recently, I was left in awe of how amazing this band is and knew their album would live up to everything I would expect. It did, and was even more than that. It was heavy, dark. and beautiful all in one. The vocals, simply put, are amazing. The heaviness of the bass and guitars were unparalleled. It is bands like this that restore my faith and deep love for music. Everyone should own this album and see them live.

Royal Thunder's first full-length record is confident, fleshed-out, and fully-formed enough to sound like it could be some band's long-lost Greatest Hits collection. Full of incredible musicianship, thundering atmospherics, the stunning vocals of frontwoman Mlny Parsonz, and some of the most epic riffs Iaid down on tape since the 70s, "CVI" is the sound of a band poised and ready for total world domination

This band is awesome! Loves their EP and made this an automatic get. Vocals are haunting and sultry. Guitars bring a blues-y feel that bring out the vocals. The bass and drums weave from doom to thundering prog. Can't wait to see them in July.

I remember the first time I saw Royal Thunder play. I could never get enough. This being their second album, will blow your mind and make you second guess how you feel about music. They have worked their a**es off for all the right reasons. If you're looking for anything new to change your perspective, to chill you out at the end of a long day, to get you going BEFORE a long day, this is what you need to hear. Download. Listen. Support music. Royal Thunder is at the top of any list I could make up for the best new thing.
