I hardly ever purchase music through iTunes. In fact, I am not sure if I ever have at all before. But after hearing these guys live, getting to shake hands and talk with them, I wanted nothing more than to support them. They are an awesome group of people and they make awesome music. Go DSD!

A wonderful album that I can't stop listening to. Every single one of these songs are powerful. The bass groove on "Keep On Running" is killer! The drummer, Peter Mansen, is amazing on the drums and I love playing drum covers of these guys music. Bravo Deep Sea Diver! Bravo!

I had the pleasure of seeing them open for the shins in June of 2012. I had gone only for the shins, but when I heard them I went to their tent/setup booth and bought their E.P. new caves. They are true musicians. Jessica Dobson and Peter Manson are great performers and they are definitely a band to look for next time you need some new music to listen to.

Deep Sea Diver opened for Telekinesis last night, 5/15/13 in Cleveland and I was blown away by their sound. It's rare for me to be hooked by a band I've never heard before. but by the end of their set I was buying this album. They played what they said were new songs and hopefully they will be releasing those soon as they were great as well. Catch this band live if you can.

I'm met this guys in Aspen when I was working as a barista at Victorias coffe shop. It was the most crazy days of my life. I got very happy to hear such a wise and sincere music. The boys were really tall. I liked that. They were very nice and invited me to the concert. I couldn't make to the show that nite. So I heard the album while I showered.

It's important to think about what works when creating something. Dobson, Mansen and Raines are detailed oriented in this regard. Songs require melody and a human footprint to make you high. When I close my eyes to tunes like "Tracks of a Green Line" and "History Speaks" I feel like I'm in a rustic open aired home with perfect temperatures. Just cool enough to wear your favorite guitar sound. I want to watch Dobson sing standing on a wooden floor with a black canvas swallowing her into the stars. The string pumping chills come when the falsetto lyric "this is your harmony", builds into a deep woods breeze upon the nape of your neck. I'm a huge early Supertramp fan so this one got me big time. It was obviously in her and had to come out. She is so alone in this song. The vulnerability of her message is beautifully expressed. This record is brilliant!

Jessica Dobson is one of a kind great musician at heart and a great way of putting it all down on record and through her music. I recommend it to everyone that loves good natural music and different from all The so called "music" that is on the radio.

I had never heard of them and saw them open for the Shins in Cleveland..blown away! Such a great sound. Got to meet Jessica Dosbson and the drummer (her husband). AND, she played lead guitar and backup vocals for the Shins...so talented.

Recently saw Deep Sea Diver opening for the Shins in Louisville, KY. Dobson is of course the new lead guitarist for the Shins, but she also did a great job as the lead singer for Deep Sea Diver and all of their songs sounded great. This is an excellent album
