Recently my fellow “music-snob” friend Robin asked me what I thought about Terry Reid. Having no reply I swiftly changed the suggest. I then immediately had to hear what he was raving over. His vocals, style and blues sound is traditionally seasoned and a unexpected surprise. Thanks! BBBAMF

He never turned down Led Zeppelin. He turned down 9 gigs with the New Yardbirds because he was already committed to a tour with the Doors/Jefferson Airplane. He suggested to Robert Plant and John Bonham that they may want to join up with the New Yardbirds.
