I love Crystal Kay! I've been following her since her debut as a young star in Japan. Her vocals always blow me away. This song is just more proof that Crystal Kay is more than just another "cross over" artist from Japan, setting herself far beyond from BoA and Hikaru Utada. I'm so excited to see what's next!!

An easygoing song that will quickly get stuck in your head! The only problem I had is that this song is too simple and doesn't show Crystal's vocal capability (besides that high-note run at the end). This girl has some pipes! To see what I mean, check out her Japanese songs ("Delicious Friday", "Haruarashi", "My Heart Beat", "Forever", basically her whole "Vivid" album). Crystal hasn't been doing as well as she should be doing in Japan, so I hope that she does well in the States with "Busy Doing Nothing"! It's radio-friendly and even if the song is simple, if promoted well, it has potential to chart in the U.S.. Good luck, Crystal!
