As a lover of music and one with Portland roots, being introduced to Josh and The Sea In Between was one of those moments in life where music changed me. It’s a rare blend of lyric, instrument, nature, faith, story and personal genuineness. Having seen the documentary, it amplified those qualities and have solidified my support for Josh and his music. Looking forward to the new release.

I love Josh Garrels’ music, and I was so excited to own his newest album. Folk, rap, and instrumental worship mix together to make this an extremely passionate, real and beautiful album. I own most of Josh’s albums as well as The Sea In Between Soundtrack, a gorgeous compilation of live remixes featuring Mason Jar Music. I was so delighted to hear Josh’s remix of ‘What Wondrous Love is This?’, one of my favorite hymns. Garrels’ lyrics and music have greatly encouraged me and strengthened my walk with the Lord over the years, and I am not ashamed to admit that I listen to this music most every day. I know you will not regret owning this album. :)

Both Josh Garrels and the artistic direction are breath-taking in this soundtrack. This album is beautiful and the sound of each performer's passion for their instrument really bleeds through. These are live renditions of some of Josh's songs from his other albums, but Mason Jar Music truly brings a newer and more intimate feel to these songs. My particular favorite was their rendition of Pilot Me.
