When you don’t even care to doubt -happening of a choreographic work- This is an event which in some places is manifesting the end of education (finishing the master program in Choreography). Moment for valuing most of the patterns you have reaffirmed and tested till now, in order to be classified for the further steps of you exploration processes in relation to the market. So I would like to invite you to my last allongé, the preparation for end, the end before it ends, or at list for saying goodbye to certain structures and relations. The prolonged period before’ it’ becomes something, where you have only direction and keep on prolonging the something-ness. With the constant prolongation it ends up transforming the something-ness, which evokes a state of being activated. Your being activated, and don’t know where to go, but ur being going already. Or it’s just important to go before you get there. It is going for the sake of circulating and being circulated at the same time. Neither one nor the other, but constantly reframing. The moment that is created out of the pull and push force. Force that does not contain direction that is rationally applicable, but we are moving it and its moving us simultaneously………………… and guess what?.... it’s not the potentiality that is at stake ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. You’re welcome for the happening of a choreographic work. We have bouncing bodies, organic, at work, in ellipse. There is contingency that moves us and gazing that drives the circulation. Tune, re tune, tuning, tunable………… just and only to do not stay tuned, but rather move and be moved tuned……………………………………………………………………………………………tune………………………tune …………………………………. ……………………………………………tune …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Is it vibration and resonance that we are measuring in the space, or are they measuring us? You are invited to build with us a hidden architecture, in intuitive timing, in empathy. Keep on sustaining the question what does move me and what do I move? I have grown up in period of transitions (economic, political, cultural and of identity) in the Balkan region. Adaptation is something that the circumstances were activating in me. Then I caught myself in a constant looking for transitions. I was born in Skopje,in the year 1985. Through these years this mode of “in transition” mostly revealed for me practices of mastering, pulling and pushing, measuring, choreographing conditions and thresholds of various intensities. My name is Ace. There are many things that move me. That’s why "around" is the term that I use to describe my on-going engagement in working with choreography. Lately, I have been focused on working with subtlety and with a practically implied , constant measuring of intensities. I have been triggered by non-rational, consequential logics, figuring out how they take place in diverse structures. I am concerned with what choreography can activate and from where it acts upon (georgiev.4ace@gmail.com)
