We've had the pleasure of working with Jarod Espy on a number of projects already, so when he reached out to us and to discuss his latest album, which would be recorded live, we were very excited. While previous videos have been in a live setting, they were also events that were created for the purpose of capturing video. This particular round would be more of a standard concert-type setup than our other videos, shot at an event with hundreds of people where capturing the video was not at all the central importance of the event. We had to act more as a documentary crew than a film crew. Per Jarod's request, we shot entirely on RED cams, giving us some incredible dynamic range to capture both the well-lit stage and the audience. Jarod's new album debuted in the top 10 of its genre on iTunes and we couldn't be more proud to be part of the process of creating the experience for this album.
