In building software, the activity of testing is the core of shipping a good quality deliverable. The tester has to think of all possible ways in which testing can be done to meet agreed upon expectations. In the current agile model, it is very critical that testing does not become a bottleneck in terms of rolling out good quality in shorter time lines and limited resources. Hence it is desired that faster and efficient methods are adapted.
