Luke 14: 25-35 This passage of scripture taken by itself can be very daunting to a believer. Compared to your love of Christ, all the other "loves" in our life are like hate. Jesus tells his followers exactly what will be expected of us. We should be prepared to built, to fight and to influence. Fortunately for us, we have the Holy Spirit at work in our lives. The only thing that will keep us committed to God is God's committment to us.
