Ingredients: Egg white - 1 Vanilla - 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar - 3.5 tbsp Flour - 1 tbsp Sliced almonds - generous 1/3 cup Butter (melted) - 2 tbsp Directions: 1. Mix the egg white and vanilla 2. Mix powdered sugar, flour, and almonds 3. Slowly incorporate the egg mixture into the flour mix. Best to mix in half at a time 4. Add the melted butter into the mixture 5. Let it rest for 30 minutes 6. Scoop out a spoonful and spread them as thin as possible onto a cookie sheet-the thinner they are, the crispier they will be 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min, until bottoms and edges are golden brown
