Contrary to popular belief, the dynamite fishing- once a serious problem in Burmese waters- has been eradicated. As a result, Burma is once again deserving of it's former slogan: "The Land of Giants". The Big fish are everyone in abundance. What can only be described as "Manta Ray Soup" at Black Rock (mantas everywhere!); the opportunity to witness schooling Devil Rays, and some superlative macro life. All this make Burma, once again, a "must-dive" destination.
