Getting kids to eat their greens is always tough. Maybe you should give these yummy Palak Cheese Balls a shot! Made with palak, mashed potato, cheese cubes, spring onions, coriander and garlic, this is sure to be a hit with kids as well as adults! <br /><br />Ingredients<br />- Bread crums<br />- 1 bundle of Spinach<br />- 2-3 tbsp Coriander<br />- 2 tbsp maida (wheat flour)<br />- 1-2 Spring onion<br />- 2-3 cheese cubes<br />- 2-3 boiled potato<br />- 1 tsp kali miri powder (Black pepper powder)<br />- 7-8 ground garlic<br />- Salt to taste<br />- Oil<br /><br />How to Cook:<br />- Take potato in a bowl<br />Tip: To boil a potato, place the potato on a plate while cooking dal<br />or rice, so that the potato boil on the steam coming from it. One must<br />peel the potatoes when they are lukewarm so that the potatoes do not<br />become sticky<br />- Add garlic<br />- Add spinach<br />- Add spring onion<br />- Add coriander<br />- Add salt<br />- Add black pepper salt<br />- Mix all the ingredients<br />Tip: For variations in the taste one can add ginger, garam masala,<br />green chilies, ground green peas too<br />- Make balls of the mixture and while doing so add cheese<br />- Heat oil<br />- Take maida in a bowl<br />- Add water<br />- Stir the mixture<br />- Take bread crums in another bowl<br />- Dip the cheese balls in maida mixture & then dip it in bread crums<br />- Fry it in oil
