An extraordinary session of the Guatemalan congress has been called to investigate corruption allegations against President Otto Perez Molina. During the special session, the 158 legislators will nominate an investigative commission to look into the charge and determine whether to strip Perez of his immunity. He is accused of being linked to a multi-million dollar corruption scandal in which major companies paid bribes to avoid paying customs duties. teleSUR
