<a class="link" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.FatLossBlogger.com">http://www.FatLossBlogger.com</a> - Today was day 10 of my P90X review and I had arms, shoulders and abs. I woke up feeling pretty sore this morning, but despite that I had a great workout today.<br /><br />I took the advice of some other P90X'ers and made sure that I cranked out all of the reps for each exercise, instead of simply going to failure and stopping. It definitely took me much longer to complete the workout but I was able to get all of the repetitions completed.<br /><br />My diet is still very strict, I'm following the P90X nutrition plan exactly and am not eating anything that I shouldn't be.<br /><br />Last but not least, Ab Ripper X went much better today and I didn't get sick!<br /><br />Stay tuned...
