This busy father has decided to make the most of his free time and bond with his son while working out. <br /><br />The footage, shot in Kingston upon Thames on November 21, shows the toddler jumping into his father's arms as he sits on the floor. <br /><br />Then, the father does a sit up while holding the three-year-old in his arms and puts him back onto the sofa from which he jumped. <br /><br />"I was messing around with my 3 year old son Harrison, he loves to jump off the sofa into my arms, when I rocked back and did a sit up... he found it hilarious... so I just kept doing it," the father told Newsflare.
