China's Commerce ministry has said it's currently not engaged in trade talks with the U.S., accusing Washington of escalating a trade war between the two countries. <br /> Spokesman Gao Feng told a regular briefing Thursday that Beijing resolutely opposes America's trade bullying behavior, warning that China will have no choice but to strike back.<br />He added that China lost its trust in the U.S., which he said was a precondition for trade negotiations.<br />On Tuesday, the Trump administration slapped new ten percent tariffs on 200 billion dollars-worth of Chinese imports. <br />
