Lighthizer said on CBS' “Face the Nation,” “As far as I am concerned it is a hard deadline. When I talk to the president of the United States he is not talking about going beyond March." President Donald Trump recently said he would delay the imposition of tariffs until March 1 while the two nations can talk.
