According to Reuters, stocks are trading up around the world.<br />MSCI's gauge of world stocks rose by seven-tenths of a percent, with gains made across the globe.<br />In Asia, markets in Shanghai and Hong Kong spiked by 2-percent, as Chinese officials suggested a stimulus for their slowing economy.<br />In Europe, the Stoxx 600 index rose by three-tenths of a percent, while Germany's DAX index also rose three-tenths of a percent. <br />
