This is the adorable moment a Buddhist monk was joined by a duck on his morning walk. <br /><br />The religious figure in orange robes was collecting donations from residents in Amnat Charoen, northeastern Thailand on March 6.<br /><br />A duck from a pond near the local temple where the monk lives, waddled alongside him as he walked past homes. <br /><br />Fawning locals who greeted the monk nicknamed the duck 'Buddy'.<br /><br />Resident Jiraporn Turaso said: ''The monk had a friend to join him on his morning walk. The duck was so very obedient. I've never seen a duck that is as tame as this one.''
