Amid a rift between PKR's top two leaders, six state party chiefs have inked a pledge to support their president, Anwar Ibrahim.<br /><br />During a press conference at the party headquarters in Petaling Jaya this morning, the six also announced the formation of a state chiefs council.<br /><br />According to them, more state chiefs would be inking the pledge.<br /><br />However, they denied this was in response to 26 PKR leaders, including 14 MPs and eight assemblypersons, signing a memorandum in support of Azmin and urging Anwar to cease making divisive statements.
